Employer of the Year Award
Purpose:
To recognize an employer who has made a significant contribution to Confederation College.

Criteria:

Employment of Confederation College graduates

Provision of field/co-op/internship placements for our students

Participation on Advisory Committees

Time and/or financial contribution to the college. This may include supporting program development, program support through the donation of materials/equipment, participation in the college fundraising campaigns etc.
Nomination Process:
A nomination form is distributed to the college community. Completed nomination forms will clearly identify and support the reason for the nomination. Nomination forms are submitted to the Career Services Office
Selection:
An Employer of the Year Award Selection Committee, with cross-college representation from student, faculty, support and administration review and select a successful employer from those nominations submitted.
Award Presentation:
The Employer of the Year Award is presented at the Convocation Ceremonies.
