TnT Dorion Building (renovations complete Summer 2009)
- 670 square feet new building addition to house the new Power Engineering Lab
- 31,000 square feet of renovated space includes:

• new computer lab
• new large e-classroom
• new video conference classroom
• new fully accessible mens and womens washrooms on the second floor
• renovated mens and womens washrooms on the main floor
• new accessible washroom on the main floor
• larger student lounge
• renovated classrooms, labs, offices, hallways, lockers
• extensive renovations to the welding shop including new fume extraction system, lighting, painting, ventilation
• update ventilation systems, lighting, telephone and computer systems, security systems
• new carpentry shop dust collection cyclone
• new furniture in classrooms, labs, offices
• new academic equipment
• new 2400 square feet cold storage building
